chef, 53, whose art mogul husband repeatedly grabbed her throat 11 days ago, is thought to have been staying with her sister Horatia Lawson in her central London apartment.

 Miss Lawson walked out on Saatchi last Sunday after shocking photographs showed him continuously grabbing her throat outside their favourite restaurant in front of shocked diners.

 It is not known if she has separated from Saatchi permanently, but crucially she was seen at 10am yesterday without her gold wedding band on. Her husband confessed to police that he had assaulted her in public but only accepted a caution because he did not want the attack, which he called a 'playful tiff', 'hanging over all of us for months'
